30th St bten 8 & 9 Ave, on a peaceful, tree-lined
street. Close to all major subway lines. 15-minute
walk to Times Square, or one subway stop. 3 blocks
from Hudson River Park.
Building has 2 elevators, and laundry in building.
Apt fully equipped with all kitchen needs (but no
dishwasher), a quiet bedroom with Queen size bed
and nice view of Chelsea, comfy living room with
small dining table, cable TV w/ hundreds of
channels, wireless internet, small office to store
luggage, air conditioner in living room, convenience
shopping close by.
