53, Texas--Need a SUB-LEASOR for my bed space starting August 1, 2008, (University Estates)

I need a sub-leasor to take over my lease for August 1, 2008 and ends May 31, 2009. Anyone looking for an apartment at University Estates right now will find that space is limited and prices are going up automatically with all the recent upgrades. Another incentive is that if you sign now with University Estates you will automatically have to lease until July 2009. Since I signed early I received a good rate of $409/month and a better leasing term that will end in May 2009. The apartment is fully furnished and its a 3 bed and 3 bath apartment. You also have the option of setting up an all bills paid inclusive package with the leasing office for an extra $68 a month. This will take away the hassle of separate bills. The apartment is well kept and very clean. You will have the apartment completely available because my other two roommates are moving to another building. So you have the opportunity to sign with any other two friends or the leasing office will do a roommate match according to your preferences.
